How to prepare the tea

I bought it for the umami profile and it didn't disappoint on that part.... though I must say that it wasn't as sweet and did have a fair astringency... the umami could've been complemented by a more subtle and sweet profile. Though I appreciate the rate for 120/40grams (dhs, including both shipping and discount code of 15%) , I got another matcha after this one finished from shizowoka prefecture . It was cheaper and honestly not too different. Maybe my critique would be the price not the the flavour as I got what I told( not what I was expecting)... though I think even for matcha enthusiasts like me, better clarification of taste is always welcome (not just the dimensions of the matcha but all of it as a whole). Overall I appreciated the matcha but I give some critique to its price tag though its very fair for a 40 gram can. Lovely dealing with you and hope to see better matchas soon.

The taste of the washimine is just the right amount of umami and light sweetness, which is not easy to find in organic matchas! it's one of those teas that hits the spot just right on the first sip and has a lovely nutty, sweet, powdery smell when you open the can 🫠 If you are a latte fan (personally I prefer just tea), this is a great option because its strong umami flavour and thickness will blend so nicely with your chosen veg/dairy milk, making it super creamy.
