The powder is a bright, beautiful green with a classic, fresh matcha aroma. The flavor is wonderfully intense with a deep, rich umami hit that cuts through milk effortlessly. Truly a high-quality ceremonial matcha and such a wonderful treat to myself!
I was little nervous as always when I try new matcha brands. First the smell was rich I sweetness and yeah it was fantastic. Tried many different matcha brands over the past 10 years and yeah this is a keeper.

Gorgeous vibrant green. Medium bodied Okumidori cultivar and it has nice umami. Nio Teas just continues to impress me. This one and the Oishi Saemidori Ceremonial are so delicious
Prior to ordering Noi Teas Ceremonial Match - I have only had Matcha (as a latte at a big chain coffee store - not good). I was very skeptical and intimidated about making it and what it would taste like. I enjoyed the Match Master Class book! I also made it plain, no sweetener and no milk. I enjoyed it very much and drink a hot Match almost every day. I will be ordering it again. Thanks for the book and the great Washimine Ceremonial Match Tea

Love this matcha! The umami flavor makes it such a yummy ceremonial matcha. It’s not really bitter or grassy which is lovely. It foams up perfectly every time. It has sweet notes. It’s perfect for starting my morning right!

Truly premium matcha — rich, elegant, and exceptionally smooth. I discovered it last year and haven’t looked back since. The flavor is naturally creamy and balanced, with no need for sugar, syrups, or sweeteners. It’s perfect both hot and cold, though I personally love it chilled. For a flawless cup, whisk it properly with a bamboo whisk to avoid clumps, and follow the 30-20-10 method. Want the purest experience? Enjoy it with just water. It’s matcha at its finest.

Rich and pleasant flavor.
I bought it for the umami profile and it didn't disappoint on that part.... though I must say that it wasn't as sweet and did have a fair astringency... the umami could've been complemented by a more subtle and sweet profile. Though I appreciate the rate for 120/40grams (dhs, including both shipping and discount code of 15%) , I got another matcha after this one finished from shizowoka prefecture . It was cheaper and honestly not too different. Maybe my critique would be the price not the the flavour as I got what I told( not what I was expecting)... though I think even for matcha enthusiasts like me, better clarification of taste is always welcome (not just the dimensions of the matcha but all of it as a whole). Overall I appreciated the matcha but I give some critique to its price tag though its very fair for a 40 gram can. Lovely dealing with you and hope to see better matchas soon.

This is my first time ordering matcha from you, and it looks amazing! The taste is of very high quality. I always make an Americano matcha—just matcha with water and a little vanilla syrup—and it turns out delicious. I also make it with milk for my siblings, and they love it, but I personally prefer it with water. Very soon, I will be making videos and sending them to you on Instagram, as soon as I find a good filming spot. This won’t be the last time I order from you! As soon as my matcha stock runs out, I will order again because it’s the best quality matcha I’ve ever tried. Before I sit on my desk every morning, I must drink tea, always! It is also one of the things that brings me great joy outside of work: to drink tea, learn about tea, try new teas! Even my perfumes are reminiscent of tea! I don't have a lot of people to talk teas with, so may this post find kindred spirits! My favourites are matcha and genmaicha. The taste of the washimine is just the right amount of umami and light sweetness, which is not easy to find in organic matchas! it's one of those teas that hits the spot just right on the first sip and has a lovely nutty, sweet, powdery smell when you open the can 🫠 If you are a latte fan (personally I prefer just tea), this is a great option because its strong umami flavour and thickness will blend so nicely with your chosen veg/dairy milk, making it super creamy.
Good crema, excellent texture to the powder and to the finished brew. Nicely sweet, though I was hoping for a more umami character than it has. I will say that the Nioteas flavor profile graphic is always reliable in its description of their products.

This matcha had a lovely vibrant green colour and foamed up so nicely! It was very smooth and I found it to be quite mild and wasn’t very vegetal.
